The H6215L is a built-in 100V withstand voltage MOS that supports high voltage buck switch controllers with input up to 90V and can provide 2A continuous current to the load. The H6215L supports a constant output voltage, which can be set by adjusting the VFB sampling resistance, and a maximum current limit, which can be set by modifying the CS sampling resistance. The typical switching frequency is 130KHz, and a minimum switching frequency of 5KHz is designed to ensure a good output dynamic response. Under light load, the H6215L will enter PWM+PFM mode for high conversion efficiency.
H6215L integrates soft start, which can greatly reduce the damage to the chip caused by the surge during the input ignition, and integrates thermal protection, output short-circuit protection, and output current limit to provide reliable fault tolerance operation. The H6215L integrates input line voltage compensation and high bandwidth loops to achieve ±5% output voltage accuracy.
The H6215L supports low output voltage applications up to 3.3V.
H6215L adopts ESOP-8 package, the bottom of the chip is designed with power cooling pad, connected to the VIN input of the chip and the built-in MOS drain, which can effectively help the chip increase heat dissipation.
